Zali is the realization of a dream, 30 several years while in the creating... inside a kitchen area, in a house, in Beirut –a family members that, the same as each individual other family on the planet, was confident that their mom’s cooking, was the best.

Our chef: The heartbeat of inspiration

And so, Liza, an anagram of Zali, went from entire-time mother and grandmother to full-time chef. Our chef is Lebanese-Armenian and has lived almost all of her everyday living in Lebanon. for therefore prolonged, she cherished tests her individual recipes and photographing dishes. But her enthusiasm didn't depart her dwelling’s nest until finally Zali presented her that chance. Now, her homegrown pleasure and fervour for cooking are in your case and the globe to taste!

In all our dishes are flavors which have produced the journey every one of the way from Lebanon. You normally takes many of them back again residence!

We call them “Mouneh”, an Arabic word for pantry provisions: a range of home made jars with preserved and dried delicacies that you should get and try. They may be geared up by our chef or produced by farmers back residence. “Mouneh”is a Lebanese custom of preserving food throughout the seasons.
